Statement of records custody

Hanime is not a producer of any of the sexually explicit content indexed on this website. We do not produce, direct, film, upload or host any video file. Our role is limited to indexing and linking to material that is hosted and served by unrelated third parties, and to embedding players operated by those third parties.

Because we are not a producer, we do not maintain the records described in 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, or 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records for any content indexed here are held by the producers and hosting services that created and publish it.

Age verification by publishers

We require, as a condition of listing, that third-party sources represent that all performers depicted were at least 18 years old at the time of production, and that they maintain the records required by the laws that apply to them. We do not independently verify the age of performers, and we cannot do so for content we neither produced nor host.

Reporting

If you believe that content indexed here is unlawful, depicts a minor, involves non-consensual activity, or is otherwise prohibited, report it to [email protected] with the page URL. We treat these reports as urgent: we aim to review them promptly and to remove the link from our index while we investigate, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Reports about a minor are escalated immediately.

The fastest way to have a hosted file taken down is to contact the service that hosts it; our DMCA page explains how to reach us for copyright matters specifically.

Parental controls

This site is intended for adults only. Age verification is required on entry. Parents and guardians can restrict access using filtering software — we publish an RTA label for that purpose — and by using their operating system's or browser's parental controls.
