By accessing Hanime you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult material is legal where you are. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

The service

Hanime is an index of animated adult videos hosted by third parties. We do not produce, upload, store or own the videos. Links and embedded players point to third-party services, and those services are governed by their own terms. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular title, stream or quality will remain available.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Provide a valid email address that you control. Premium membership

Premium removes advertising. It is a subscription for access to the site as it exists during your subscription period; it is not a purchase of any particular title, which may become unavailable because a third-party source removes it.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where payment is collected in another currency, the amount is converted using the exchange rate configured by the operator at the time of purchase. The rate is displayed at checkout for non-USD payments.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout. Premium ends when the paid period ends.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your card or wallet credentials. Because access is granted immediately and the content is digital, payments are generally non-refundable. Nothing in these terms removes any refund right you have that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• probe, scan or attempt to breach the site's security, or interfere with its operation;
• upload or transmit malware, or use the site to distribute unlawful material;
• impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the site to infringe the rights of others, including copyright.

Intellectual property

The site's own design, code and original text belong to the operator. Videos and artwork shown through third-party players belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to redistribute third-party content.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that third-party streams will work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site.
